Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings

 

Gateley, the professional services group, announces that on 18 September 2024,
it made a grant of options under its Save As You Earn ("SAYE") share scheme,
which is available for all employees.

The following PDMRs of the Company, have elected to subscribe for SAYE
options:
