Update on year end and notice of annual results and AGM

 

The board of Gateley is pleased to reconfirm that, as stated in its trading
update on 2 June 2023, revenue for year ended 30 April 2023 will be not less
than £161m, with underlying profit before tax in line with market
expectations. The board is also pleased to announce that trading in the first
few months of the new financial year ending 30 April 2024 is in line with
management's expectations.

 

The board intends to publish its audited results for the year ended 30 April
2023 by not later than the 8 September 2023 with the subsequent Group AGM
being held on Tuesday 17 October at 12.30pm.
