Gattaca was informed today that its founder and Non-Executive Director, George Materna, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of a penny each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 222 pence per share on 10 June 2021.
Mr Materna's total interest in the Company is now 7,977,405 Shares, representing 24.71% of the Company's issued share capital.  
The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further details of the transactions on 10 June 2021.
