Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was today notified that on 4 August 2014 Chief Finance Officer Tony Dyer transferred 6,092 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') into his ISA account. On the same date Mrs Lynette Dyer transferred 5,415 shares into her ISA account.
Mr and Mrs Dyer's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 309,960 Shares, representing 1.24% of the Company's issued Share capital.
