The Company was today notified that on 7 December 2015 Non-Executive Director George Materna purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 515.0 pence per share.
Mr Materna's total interest in the Company is now 7,877,405 Shares, representing 25.55% of the Company's issued Share capital.
