Director Retirement

GBG, (AIM: GBG) the experts in digital location, identity verification and
fraud software, announces that as part of planned succession arrangements,
Nick Brown, Group Managing Director, will retire from the Board with effect
from 31 March 2023.

Nick joined GBG in 2007 and was appointed as an Executive Director in 2017,
and whilst he will be stepping down from Board duties at the end of March, he
will continue to be available to the Company until 30 September 2023. The
Board would like to thank Nick for his significant contribution during his
time at GBG and wish him well for the future.
