** Shares of Chase Mining  CML.AX  soar as much as 21.4% to
A$0.017, set to gain most since April 2021 
    ** The tungsten explorer says it has identified new rare
earth and base metals project in northern Barkly Tableland area

    ** Co says after exploration licenses are granted it will
propose exploration programme in the area to define targets

    ** 9.8 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
