Award of options
GCM Resources plc ("GCM" or the "Company"), a London based resource exploration and development company, announces that 200,000 options have been awarded to Mr Raof Daud who was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 30 September 2015.
The options may be exercised on or after 1 January 2016 at 11 pence per share and will expire on 31 May 2020 if not previously exercised. The terms are in line with options previously awarded to the Company's directors and senior management.
