GCM Resources plc (LON:GCM), an AIM quoted mining and energy company,
announces that further to the recent resignation of its non-executive
Chairman, it has identified candidates for a replacement Non-executive Chair
and a further non-executive director.
The Company and its nominated adviser are conducting due diligence checks and
it is hoped the Company can announce the replacements once these checks are
concluded.
This announcement contains inside information as defined in Article 7 of the
EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 and has been announced in accordance
with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of that Regulation.
