Following the issue of 4,791,034 shares to Dyani Corporation Limited () ("Dyani") in accordance with the power plant consultancy agreement announced yesterday, GCM confirms that Dyani is accordingly interested in 7.08 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital.
