Aug 20 (Reuters) - ** U.S.-listed shares of Chinese data center operator GDS Holdings GDS.O up 4.13% at $32.90

** Q2 revenue jumps 12.4% to RMB 2.90 bln ($404.14 mln), buoyed by ramp-up of data centers

** Reports Q2 loss per share of RMB 0.06 (US$0.01), compared with a loss of RMB 0.16 in the year-ago period

** Reaffirms prior annual revenue outlook of RMB 11.29 bln -RMB 11.59 bln

** As of last close, GDS stock up 37.45% YTD
