In accordance with the terms of the Bonds, the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has scheduled an investor call to present the Debt Report published on December 31, 2025 and other relevant fiscal and other developments in Sri Lanka at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time / 1:30 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time / 7:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time on February 11, 2026.
