Oct 5 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Monday:

** Medical device maker GE HealthCare GEHC.O said it would buy privately held Sofie Biosciences for $945 million in cash, in a move that strengthens its ability to manufacture and distribute PET imaging drugs. nL4N45R0PW

** C.H. Robinson Worldwide CHRW.O said it would acquire smaller rival RXO RXO.N for $5.8 billion, its biggest deal yet, to expand its North American truck-brokerage footprint and strengthen last-mile delivery. [nL4N45R0MP]

** ConocoPhillips COP.N is looking at an unsolicited offer for its North Sea business, executive chair Ryan Lance told the Energy Intelligence Forum in London, but the company has not reached a decision yet. nL6N45R0EP
 
** Danish brewer Carlsberg CARLb.CO said it had agreed to buy PepsiCo's PEP.O bottlers in Georgia and Armenia, expanding its partnership with the US group as it increases its exposure to soft drinks. nL8N45R0IC
 
** Cenovus Energy CVE.TO said it would buy Athabasca Oil ATH.TO in a C$5.7 billion ($4 billion) cash-and-stock deal, cementing its position as one of Canada's largest oil sands producers at a time the country is aiming to boost crude output. [nL4N45R0JQ]

** France's Schneider Electric SCHN.PA struck its biggest deal ever, agreeing to buy PTC PTC.O in an all-cash deal valuing the US software company's equity at around $22.6 billion, it said in a statement. nL6N45Q07P
        
** AkzoNobel AKZO.AS said it has agreed to sell its Southeast Asian decorative paints business to Nippon Paint 4612.T for $1.35 billion, completing a review of its Asian decorative paints portfolio. nL6N45Q07K

** Britain's BT Group BT.L said it acquired TalkTalk's consumer and wholesale businesses out of administration, in a bid to rescue the broadband operator and protect 2.5 million customers from losing services. nL4N45R09R

** Canada's Suncor Energy SU.TO said on Sunday it had agreed to sell its interests in three offshore oil assets to London-based Ithaca Energy ITH.L for C$1.2 billion ($841.69 million) in upfront cash. nL6N45R01S

** Sainsbury's SBRY.L, Britain's second-largest grocer, held talks with smaller rival Morrisons about a merger earlier this year, according to media reports. nL6N45R0PU
    
** Shelly Group's SLYG.BB board said it considered France-based Schneider Electric's SCHN.PA €70 ($78.52) per share offer for the Bulgarian smart-home device maker to be "fair and adequate" and supports the bid. nL6N45R121
