    ** Co on Tuesday said its majority shareholders GE Grid
Alliance B.V. (holds 6.46% stake in co) and Grid
Equipments(holds 68.54% stake) could sell some minority stake
    ** GETD says GE Grid, Grid Equipments intend to continue as
majority shareholders
    ** GETD shares jump nearly four-fold YTD; stock "buy" rated
on average, as per LSEG
