PDMR Dealings

 

The Group has been notified that on 16 May 2022 Andrew Wass, Chief Executive
Officer, purchased 50,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 185 pence per share. Mr Wass'
resulting shareholding in the Company is 4,751,993 Ordinary Shares,
representing 22.65% of the total issued share capital.
