loss 0.6 million euros year ago 
    * Q4 revenue 30.8 million euros versus 28.7 million euros a 
year ago 
    * Proposes dividend of 0.25 euro per share 
    * Portfolio of new and back orders promises positive results 
for 2017 in terms of revenues (up 6 pct), EBIT (6 pct on sales) 
and EBITDA (12 pct on sales)
