Service of Protective Notice

 

Further to the announcement by the Company on 9 March 2026, the Board
announces that the Company has served twelve months' protective notice ( 1 )
to CQS (UK) LLP (trading as Manulife CQS Investment Management) ("Manulife
CQS") on its investment management agreement with the Company following the
Company's co-portfolio managers giving notice of resignation to Manulife CQS.
Discussions and a review around the options for future portfolio management
arrangements are ongoing.

The Board will make a further announcement in due course.

 

 1  By serving protective notice the Board has sought to reserve the Company's
right to withdraw the notice of termination prior to its expiry, should it
consider that it is in the Company's interests to do so.
