Share Buy Back

 

Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 18 February 2025, it purchased
106,693 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at
an average price of 44.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase
programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the Annual General
Meeting on 9 March 2023 the Company has repurchased 18,561,999 Ordinary
Shares.

Following the purchase, the Company has 134,107,348 Ordinary Shares with
voting rights in issue plus 18,566,901 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
