Share Buy Back

 

Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 22 February, it purchased 418,978
ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an
average price of 56.98 pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase
programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the last Annual General
Meeting the Company has repurchased 6,586,978 Ordinary Shares.

Following the purchase, the Company has 127,952,273 Ordinary Shares with
voting rights in issue plus 6,591,880 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
