Share Buy Back

 

Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 27 June 2025, it purchased 500,000
ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an
average price of 45.09 pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase
programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the Annual General
Meeting on 5 March 2025 the Company has repurchased 16,262,094 Ordinary
Shares.

Following the purchase, the Company has 117,267,608 Ordinary Shares with
voting rights in issue plus 35,406,641 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
