Gelion (AIM: GELN), the global energy storage innovator, announces that it received notification that on 19 May 2025 Dr Graham Cooley, Non-Executive Director, purchased 216,668 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of approximately 13.98 pence per Ordinary Share.  

As a result of this purchase, Dr Cooley holds 2,550,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.44% of the total voting rights of the Company.
