Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company was notified on 16 March 2023 that John Wood, Chief Executive
Officer, purchased 24,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at
a price of 41.8 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

As a result of this transaction, John Wood's beneficial interest in the
Company is 48,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04 per cent. of the Company's
