Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company was notified that on 18 July 2024, Joycelyn Morton, Non-Executive
Director, purchased 17,999 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at
an average price of 26.11 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

As a result of this transaction, Joycelyn Morton's beneficial interest in the
Company is 347,904 Ordinary Shares representing 0.26 per cent of the Company's
total voting rights.
