Genel Energy to buy UK's Capricorn for $360 million July 2 (Reuters) - Kurdistan-focused oil and gas producer Genel Energy GENL.L said on Thursday it will acquire Britain's Capricorn Energy CNE.L for $360 million in an all-cash deal.
