Norway's DNO withdraws offer to buy Britain's Genel Energy COPENHAGEN, Sept 4 (Reuters) - Norwegian oil company DNO DNO.OL said on Friday it no longer intended to make a proposed takeover offer for Britain's Genel Energy GENL.L, first announced on August 7.
