** Norway's DNO ASA DNO.OL says its bid price of $5.214 per Capricorn share is final and will not be increased
** DNO and rival bidder Genel Energy GENL.L have been tabling offers for Capricorn Energy in recent months, with Genel taking the lead with its higher $436 million cash offer last week
