** Shares in Capricorn Energy CNE.L rise 4.4% to 358p 
** Norway's DNO DNO.OL agrees to buy CNE for $396 million 
** CNE board backs offer, withdrawing support for Genel's GENL.L $360 million offer it had earlier recommended 
** GENL shares down 7.4% at 65p 
** Oil prices were up on Tuesday as renewed fighting in Middle East revived disruption risks 
** In the year so far, CNE has gained ~84%, GENL up 9%
