Genesis Energy names Kristen Jesulaitis as CFO, shares rise

** Shares of pipeline operator Genesis Energy LP  GEL.N 
rise as much as 3% to $11.32
    ** Company promotes Kristen Jesulaitis to CFO, effective
immediately
    ** Bob Deere, who previously served as CFO, is named to a
newly created role of chief administrative officer
    ** Jesulaitis most recently served as the company's chief
legal officer and will continue her position serving in both
roles
    ** GEL promotes Louie Nicol to chief accounting officer and
Ryan Sims to chief commercial officer, also effective
immediately
    ** Stock up 10.3% so far in 2023
