** Shares of White Cliff Minerals Ltd  WCN.AX  jump as much
as 7.7% to A$0.028 on farm-out of projects, potential joint

    ** Mineral explorer says it entered a term sheet with GenX
Resources Pty Ltd to farm-out its non-core Coronation Dam and
Ghan Well nickel-cobalt projects in Western Australia 
    ** GenX may acquire a stake in the projects after spending
to develop the projects 
    ** Adds that the companies intend to enter a formal joint
venture agreement 
    ** WCN's stock has surged 62.5% so far this year, as of last
close
