Restoration of Listing

 

Genflow Biosciences Plc (LSE:GENF) (OTCQB:GENFF) ("Genflow" or "the Company"),
an emerging leader in the field of longevity research, focused on developing
therapeutic solutions for the prevention of age-related diseases, is pleased
to announce that, following publication of the audited financial statements
for the year ended 31 December 2023 (FY23 Results) on 7 May 2024, and having
completed the upload of the FY23 Results to the Financial Conduct Authority's
National Storage Mechanism at
www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism,
it has been advised by the FCA that the temporary suspension of listing of the
Company's ordinary shares on the Official List of the Financial Conduct
Authority is expected to be lifted later today, 8 May 2024, and that the
listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, of the ordinary
shares, will be restored.
