Genmab jumps on Q2 beat, guidance hike
BUZZ-Genmab jumps on Q2 beat, guidance hike ** Shares in Genmab GMAB.CO rise 7.4% after the Danish cancer drugmaker beat Q2 expectations and raised its FY outlook
** It reports quarterly revenue at $1.155 billion, which J.P.Morgan says is 5% above consensus
** It now eyes FY revenue of between $4.3-4.5 billion and operating profit of $1.07-1.39 billion -- this leaves room for consensus upgrades, JPM and Jefferies say
** Genmab expects cancer drug Epkinly's first-line readout in Q4, which TD Cowen says could "provide confidence that Epkinly can reach its $3 (billion) peak potential"
** Sydbank, TD Cowen, and Jefferies note that Q4 will be a major catalyst period, as Genmab's new products need to offset the loss of patent protection of cancer drug Darzalex towards the decade-end
** The stock is the second-best performer on the STOXX 600 .STOXX index
