Genprex rises on dosing first patient in mid-stage cancer study

** Shares of therapy developer Genprex  GNPX.O  rise 17.6%
to $6.95 premarket 
    ** Co announces it has dosed the first patient in an
expanded mid-stage study testing its lead candidate, Reqorsa
    ** Co is testing Reqorsa in combination with AstraZeneca's
 AZN.L  Tagrisso to treat patients with late-stage non-small
cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
    ** The study is expected to enroll about 66 patients, which
will test overall survival (OS) as the main goal
    ** OS determines the duration of patient survival from the
time of treatment initiation  
     ** Reqorsa is being tested in three other clinical trials
as a treatment for NSCLC and small cell lung cancer- GNPX 
    ** Stock fell 91.7% in the last 12 months
