** Shares of gene therapy developer Genprex Inc  GNPX.O 
rise 14.67% premarket to 85 cents
    ** Co says the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has
granted fast-track designation for its lead therapy reqorsa in
combination with Roche Holding AG's  ROG.S  Genentech unit's
Tecentriq to treat a type of lung cancer
    ** Co expects to enroll the first patient in early to mid
stage study in Q3 2023
    ** The designation facilitates development and expedites
review of drug candidates intended to treat serious conditions
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~49% this year
