** Shares of Genprex  GNPX.O  rise 10.4% to $1.03 
    ** Drug developer said it has entered into an exclusive
license agreement with the University of Pittsburgh 
    ** The agreement grants worldwide license to patent related
to a gene therapy for both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes 
    ** Animal study using GNPX's experimental therapy showed
promise in restoring normal glucose levels for extended period 
    ** Including session's gain, stock had fallen ~28% YTD
