** Shares of Genscript Biotech Corp 1548.HK drop 12% to HK$31.94, on track for biggest one-day pct decline since April 2025
** Stock hits the lowest level since August 20
** Top pct loser in the Hang Seng Biotech Index .HSBIO, which gains 0.9%
** Genscript Biotech proposes spin-off and separate listing of Probio Technology on the main board of the stock exchange and  the stock exchange's listing committee confirmed that the company may proceed with the proposed spin-off 
** Genscript will continue to hold a controlling stake in Biologics and Advanced Therapy Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization services unit after the proposed spin-off
** YTD, stock up 158.9%, benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI up 0.3%
