HK-listed GenScript Biotech jumps most in near 9 months as unit generates sales

** Shares of GenScript Biotech Corp  1548.HK  rise as much
as 9.9% to HK$18.06, their highest since July 5, and on course
for a second session of gains
    ** Stock set for the biggest one-day pct rise since Nov 2,
2022, if gains hold, and is biggest pct gainer in Hang Seng
Composite Index  .HSCI  
    ** The Jiangsu-based co says its U.S-listed unit Legend
Biotech Corp  LEGN.O  announced that CARVYKTI® generated $117
million in net trade sales for the quarter ended June 30 in
accordance to a collaboration and license agreement with Janssen
Biotech Inc
    ** The Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC  gains
1.1% and the healthcare index  .HSCIH  rises 2.5%
    ** The Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  and the Hang Seng
Index  .HSI  both climb 1.1%
    ** As of last close, GenScript stock down 33.8% this year
