rise 4.2% to $33.15  
    ** Co reports Q4 revenue of $589.1 mln, above estimates of
$560.8 mln- LSEG data  
    ** Posts Q4 profit per share of 50 cents vs analysts'
estimates of 44 cents- LSEG data   
    ** Says light-vehicle production increased 6% quarter-over-
quarter in its primary markets of North America, Europe, Japan
and Korea 
    ** Stock rose 9% in the last 12 months
