Nordic online casinos: Shares fall after Norway regulator cracks down

** Shares in Nordic online casino operators slip following
fresh media reports on a Norwegian regulator's scrutiny of the
sector
    ** Shares in Kindred Group  KINDsdb.ST  are down 3.8 pct at
1214 GMT, Kambi group's  KAMBI.ST  are down 4.5 pct, while
Evolution Gaming Group's  GAMIG.OL  fell 2.3 pct in early trade
before recovering and trading up 0.8 pct 
    ** The Norwegian Gaming Authority has since November ordered
banks to stop foreign transactions to and from online casinos
operating in Norway 
    ** Norwegian Gaming Authority spokeswoman said that more
"effective changes" were on their way
    ** "We have suggested that we should be given the authority
to block companies themselves from making transactions, not just
affiliated account numbers, and that the 200 banks that we
cooperate with must disclose any suspicious activity to us," the
spokeswoman said
    ** The three companies were not immediately available for
comment when contacted by Reuters
