Appointment of J.P. Morgan Cazenove as Joint Corporate Broker

 

Genuit Group plc (the "Company") the UK's largest provider of sustainable
water, climate and ventilation solutions for the built environment, is pleased
to announce the appointment of J.P. Morgan Cazenove as its joint corporate
broker with effect from 1 August 2024.

 

J.P. Morgan Cazenove will work alongside Genuit's existing corporate broker
Deutsche Numis.
