Capital Markets Day Notification - Date Rescheduled

Genuit Group plc, the UK's largest value-added manufacturer of sustainable
water, climate and ventilation products for the built environment, previously
announced an in-person Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts on
Thursday 10(th) November 2022 at the Group's Adey business in Gloucestershire,
hosted by Joe Vorih, Chief Executive Officer, Paul James, Chief Financial
Officer and Matt Pullen, Chief Operating Officer, alongside some key members
of the leadership team.

As a result of the news concerning further November rail strikes, Genuit Group
is re-scheduling its Capital Markets Day to Wednesday 23(rd) November 2022.

Details of travel arrangements for the day will be provided ahead of time.
