Directorate changes
Genuit Group plc ("Genuit", the "Company" or the "Group"), a leading provider
of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built
environment, today announces that Matt Pullen will step down from the Board
and as Chief Operating Officer on 28 April 2023. He will remain an employee of
the Company and available to the Board in an advisory capacity until 30 June
2023 to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities, which will be
distributed amongst the senior leadership team. The Board does not intend to
appoint a successor.
The Company also announces that Martin Gisbourne, Group Strategy and Marketing
Director, will assume the newly expanded role of Chief Strategy and
Sustainability Officer and will lead the Company's sustainability journey, in
addition to his current focus on our acquisitions and partnership activity.
Kevin Boyd, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board I'd like to thank
Matt for the contribution he has made to the Group over the last 18 months, in
strengthening our commercial processes and more recently in relation to our
refreshed strategy and development of the senior leadership team structure and
capability. We wish Matt well for the future."
