Interim Chief Financial Officer appointment
Genuit Group plc ("Genuit", the "Company" or the "Group"), a leading provider
of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built
environment, today announces that Tim Pullen will join the Company on 4
September 2023 in the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Tim
will report into the Board but will not be appointed as a statutory Board
director.
Tim's appointment follows the announcement made on 6 June 2023 in relation to
Paul James, who is stepping down as CFO on 30 September 2023 to take up the
position as CFO with a privately owned company. Tim's appointment on 4
September 2023 will ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities.
Tim brings a broad range of public market experience through a variety of
fast-paced and dynamic businesses, having served as CFO of IQE plc, an AIM
listed manufacturer of advanced semiconductor materials from 2019 to 2023, as
CFO of Arm Limited from 2017 to 2019 and having held senior finance positions
in 02/Telefonica UK, Serco plc and Logica plc prior to that.
The Board is making good progress in its process to select a permanent
successor and an appointment will be announced in due course.
