** British sustainable water solutions manufacturer posts FY adjusted pretax profit of 82.9 million pounds ($111.6 million) vs year-ago 79.3 million pounds

** Says confident of achieving medium-term targets

** Adds Group will continue to invest for future with strong balance sheet

** YTD, GENG up 1.38%
