Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Genus plc (LSE: GNS) announces that further to the share awards granted to Jim Low, a member of the Genus Executive Leadership Team, on 11 September 2024 under a Restricted Stock Award (RSA) over ordinary shares in Genus, 7,307 share awards granted pursuant to the above RSA vested on 31 March 2026, as listed in table A below, and 7,307 shares were released to Jim Low.   In order to offset income tax and social security liabilities due on the vesting of those share awards, Jim Low sold 2,756 ordinary shares on 31 March 2026 and retained the balance of 4,551 ordinary shares, as listed in table B below.

 

The below notifications, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, give further detail on the PDMR transactions described above.
