Director/PDMR Shareholding
Genus announces that 6,826 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Genus("Shares") were sold today at a price of 1,334.5 pence per Share on behalf of Dan Hartley, Group General Counsel & Company Secretary. This sale was made on 12 March 2015 to offset income tax and national insurance liabilities further to the vesting of contingent rights over 14,479 Shares under an individual award agreement, in accordance with the terms of joining contained in Dan Hartley's employment contract. The resulting balance of 7,653 Shares has been retained.
No consideration was paid for the grant of this award and no consideration is due in connection with the exercise of this award.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
