Director/PDMR Shareholding
Genus announces that 2,076 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Genus('Shares') were sold today at a price of 1,412.5 pence per Share on behalf of Saskia Korink, Chief Operating Officer, Genus ABS. This sale was made further to the vesting of contingent rights over 2,076 Shares under an individual award agreement, in accordance with the terms of joining contained in Saskia Korink's employment contract. 
No consideration was paid for the grant of this award and no consideration is due in connection with the exercise of this award.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
