DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Genus announces that yesterday conditional nil-cost share options ('Nil-cost Options') were granted under the Genus plc 2014 Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP') over ordinary shares in the Company ('Shares') to the Executive Directors and members of the Genus Executive Leadership Team ('GELT') as listed below. In addition, as described in the Company's 2015 Annual Report ('Annual Report'), following the compulsory deferral of 25% of annual bonus earned by Executive Directors and GELT, in respect of bonuses earned in the financial year ending 30 June 2015, Nil-cost Options were granted over Shares under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the 'DSBP').
