DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Genus announces that 1,490 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Genus('Shares') were sold today at a price of 1,471.5 pence per Share on behalf of Dr Jonathan Lightner, Chief R&D and Scientific Officer. This sale was made on 21 October 2015 to offset income tax and social security liabilities further to the vesting of contingent rights over 4,459 Shares under an individual award agreement, in accordance with the terms of joining contained in Dr Jonathan Lightner's employment contract. The resulting balance of 2,969 Shares has been retained.
No consideration was paid for the grant of this award and no consideration is due in connection with the exercise of this award.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
