Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Genus plc (LSE: GNS) has been notified that Iain Ferguson, Chairman, purchased
3,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 September 2024 on the London Stock
Exchange at an average price of 1,800.00 pence per share, listed in Table A
below.

 

The below notification, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, gives further detail on the number of
