Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Genus plc (LSE: GNS) announces that on 26 November 2025, Restricted Share
Units were granted under the Genus 2025 Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') over
ordinary shares in Genus to the Executive Directors and members of the Genus
Executive Leadership Team ('GELT') as listed in table A below.

 

Details of the conditions that apply to the restricted share awards for
Executive Directors can be found in the Directors' Remuneration Report of the
Genus 2025 Annual Report published in October 2025. The price at which the
restricted share awards have been granted was determined in accordance with
the LTIP rules.

 

Subject to the terms of the individual award agreements and continued service,
the awards will vest in September 2028.

 

The below notifications, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market
Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of
the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, give further detail of the
Restricted Share Unit awards made on 26 November 2025.
